Day 20 - Templeton Trail

The World-Famous Sedona Hot Tub Lickin' Toads come on out during the day for some sunshine. They are uniquely adapted to the hot tub environment, including their unique hot tub colouration. And if yous sets in the hot tub and licks dem toads, the purdy lights come on.

Right out of the parking lot, Templeton Trail goes straight up. That's our hike of a few days ago in the distance.

Emma Brown Sock on the Red Red Rocks. Do we have to do all this climbing? Where's the beach?

Today's Mystery Poo. Right on the edge of a cliff.

Sedona's incredibly accurate replica of Hadrian's Wall. That's Rome on the right, and the Barbarians on the left. Just like Canada. Except the Barbarians seem to live in a high-rent district.

The mighty Oak Creek.

The mighty switchbacks taking us out of Oak Creek Canyon.

Russ thinks he's found one of the infamous Sedona vortexes. Feel the pulse.

Even the Yuccas get caught up in the vortex action.

As night falls, there is still photography to do. And the parking lot is still a kilometer away.
